ROLLING MEADOWS, IL – October 31, 2017 – As we near the end of an extremely destructive hurricane season, many in Texas and Florida are working to rebuild. Hurricanes Harvey and Irma in particular have left behind billions of dollars in damage and Ceannate Corp has joined the effort to aid people affected and displaced by the storms.
CEO Balaji ‘Raj’ Rajan challenged employees to join in on the fundraising efforts, pledging a dollar-for-dollar match from the company for every employee contribution. We are pleased to announce that over $8,800 has been raised to support the affected in their recover efforts, along with more than 500 nonperishable food and hygiene products.
Donations have been made to The American Red Cross, The Texas Diaper Bank, and Feeding Florida. Through the Ceannate Cares program, employees have made charitable giving a priority in 2017. We are proud to have the chance to improve lives and strengthen our communities.
